Lobbyists for the firearms industry had another busy quarter pushing their agenda in Congress, at the White House and across the federal government.
The National Shooting Sports Foundation (NSSF) continued its reign as the biggest player in the space with over $1.78 million spent to push its pro-gun business agenda. NSSF spent more than twice as much as Gun Owners of America ($679,015) and more than three times as much as the National Rifle Association of America ($480,000) and nearly six-times more than the National Association for Gun Rights ($304,783).
